take a few warm-up weights through your complex.  It should take some time to get to properly heavy weights.

If you finish early work on mobility or skill work.

1 Jerk (push or split)

  • I/C: Shankle Complex (5x1)

1 Clean Deadlift
3 Hang Clean pulls
1 Hang Clean
