Coaches thoughts on today:

This workout has 80 pull-ups so it is kind of sneaky.  If you're new-ish to CrossFit or at least haven't crossed the 50 rep threshold on several occasions and know you can handle it you might consider scaling the reps.  If you're confident about the reps the next consideration is going unbroken, while it is obviously faster it is also more taxing so that last set of 20 might be tough.  If your really going for a fast time this is of course the goal but remember well timed short rests are often faster than all out until failure.
