Coach's thoughts on today:

Agility drills, as a warm-up is always a little tough, many people kind of miss the point. Here's the deal, is sport and in life you need to be able to quickly change directions under control. You should be able to do this without consciously thinking, or paying attention to your feet. We're going to go through these deadlifts pretty fast so the first 3 sets or so should have short rest so you can take longer rests on the later sets as the bar gets heavier (remember written like 5-5-5-5-5 we are going up in weigh each set compared to 5x5 were you warm-up to a weight and then do 5 sets at the same weight. And finally we're going to cool-down with a nice RomWod, stay bendy my friends.
