Coach's thoughts on today:

Any kind of "plank" work makes me crazy, not because it isn't valuable, but because most people just rest on their elbows. Don't do that. This should be a high tension isometric. Squeeze everything hard! (I've programmed these before and for demonstration purposes I had Jason kick me in the stomach hard to show the kind of tension you should be aiming for)

This RomWod is a bit on the long side and you may need a strap/band depending on should mobility and perhaps a Medball also.  It's been a tough week so enjoy this rebound (see what I did there?).
