I: 5,5,3,3,1,1

  • F / C: Pull-up / Chin-up (5x8)

Con -- Weight if possible.
Form -- Bands as needed focus on good strict form.

  • Int: Strict Muscle Up (5x5)

Just pull and turn over.  Don't press out the dip.  Use spotter if needed to go unbroken.
