Coach's thoughts on today:
After yesterday, that RomWod warm-up will be just what the doctor ordered. Once we get to the 500m row repeats you'll have to make a decision. Generally longer static stretching pre-high intensity work isn't great, so consider treating these rows as "tempo work". By that I mean pick a pace about 80-90% of your fastest 500m row (1:38 row is 98sec so add 9 or 10sec to your best 500). Obviously if you feel great or didn't train with us on Monday, feel free to get after it.
