Coach's thoughts on today:

Totals are great, obviously this is a faster pace than a power lifting contest so you have to make good choices for the 3 attempts per lift. Warm-up fast and make good choices. start with a weight you KNOW you can get maybe 90% or so, your second lift should be at or near your PR if you feel good at 90%. Third lift should be new PR attempt.
