Coach's thoughts on today:
Reminder: CrossFit bread and butter is couplets and triplets. I've had this conversation a few times recently and thought this would be a great workout to remind you guys of this fact. This workout is simple (not easy). There isn't much to think about here, just put your head down and do work.
